Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Holly was employed at Goldman Sachs in the Strategic Planning Group of the Asset Management Division and in the Private Client Services Group of the Equities Division. She also worked at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. in the mergers and acquisitions group, where she facilitated corporate valuations.

He has over 25 years of accomplished real estate experience in pension fund advisory, investment and asset management as well as acquisitions, development and dispositions. Working for such firms as Pension Consulting Alliance, Maguire Thomas Partners and Hillwood, Marcus has led due diligence and underwriting of U.S. and international real estate opportunities valued in excess of $5 billion and has had direct project management experience on world class developments valued over $800 million. Marcus is a former Captain, fighter pilot, test pilot and air show demonstration pilot in the United States Marine Corps and flew the AV8 Harrier.
